IT SpecialistJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Install, configure, and manage various IT systems including laptops, PCs, and peripheral devices•Provide comprehensive daily IT support and troubleshooting•Manage and maintain AV systems•Coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure smooth operations•Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and reports•Implement IT best practices and maintain system security•Respond to and resolve technical issues in a timely manner•Support live events and productions as needed•Perform regular system maintenance and updates•Assist in technology planning and implementationRequired Qualifications :•Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)•Minimum 2+ years of IT support experience (in Dubai or home country)•Previous experience in event industry or live production environment preferred•Demonstrated track record of successful IT support and problem resolutionTechnical Skills :•Strong proficiency in networking concepts and troubleshooting•Advanced hardware troubleshooting capabilities•Experience with event software and technologies•Knowledge of AV technology and systems management•Understanding of IT security principles and best practices•Familiarity with documentation and reporting tools
