Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Service Desk (Primary Focus)? Previous extensive experience as Service Desk Ticketing/Incident Management system in MNC. ?Level 1 & Level 2 remote or phone-based technical support to end users for allnetwork/server/desktop/laptop/printer issues related to hardware and software for Wellbore Operationsin the MENA & APAC Regions.

  • ?ÿProven track record of providing first-class customer service including timely resolution of customer
  • issues and consistent communication of status with the user.
  • ?ÿSound working knowledge of O365, Active Directory, Domain Controllers, File Servers, DNS, DHCP,
  • GPOs.
  • ?ÿKnowledge of Microsoft PC Imaging techniques, server/workstation patching and remote software
  • deployment (via SCCM).
  • ?ÿDevelop common-sense solutions to complex business problems through in-depth investigation,
  • coordination, and collaboration with key decision-makers.
  • ?ÿAssist in creating operational documents, training materials, help subsystems, user documentation and
  • technical project documentation, as required and make recommendations on technical issues for process improvement.
ÿInfrastructure
  1. ? Basic knowledge and troubleshooting skills - Routing, Switching, Firewalls, WAPs. ? Maintain inventory of IT assets as well as deploy all hardware & software requests. ? Deploy & maintain Global Cisco Wi-Fi environment.
  2. ? Manage DFARF requests.
  3. ? Deploy & maintain audio/visual equipment.
  4. ? Deploy & maintain Xerox/HP printers.ÿ
Administrative
  1. ? Manage Microsoft end user licensing.
  2. ? Manage cellular carriers.
  3. ? Build relationships with software and hardware vendors. ? Manage 3rd Party vendors for on-site support.
  4. ? Manage hardware RMAs.ÿ
