We currently have around 40 applications in microservice architecture and we will constantly be creating new ones.We are looking for an experienced IT Security Manager to create a strategic approach to our IT Security. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures and creating awareness for staff in all aspects related to IT Security. You will be working with other functions on determining the best approach to a company-wide IT Security Strategy. You will report to the IT Director and work independently to build up a team for the IT Security function. The goal is to take Kitopi and transform its IT Security space to an enterprise level.What Youll Do

• Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures
• Define the IT Security software stack needed to fulfill the companys security goals
• Create Security Awareness campaigns throughout the organization
• Create Reports and monitor showcasing the IT Security KPIs
• Maintain and manage the IT Security software Stack
• Coordinate and collaborate with other functions on the implementation of security solutions. Guide other functions on Security topics,
• Investigate and resolve issues.
• Analyze data to form proposals for improvements (e.g., implementation of new technology).

• Proven experience as a security manager or similar position
• Experience using relevant technology and equipment
• Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
• Excellent knowledge of security protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding Time and organizational skills
• Knowledge of DLP, SSO, and SaaS applications
• CRISC / CISM / CISSP / CISA would be a plus
