Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced IT Responder to join our team. As an IT Responder, you will be responsible for providing support and troubleshooting assistance to users experiencing technical issues.Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to and resolving technical issues, including hardware and software problems
  • Providing remote and on-site support to users
  • Documenting and tracking incidents and resolutions in a ticketing system
  • Troubleshooting and resolving network and connectivity issues
  • Updating and maintaining knowledge base articles and documentation
  • Participating in on-call rotations for after-hours support
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments
