Organize and set up IT developments with a new process (acquisition of a new company)
Implement a new ERP Oracle with associated modules (HR, procurement, invoicing, supplier management?)
Set up an entire new IT environment: cybersecurity, server management, licenses, emails?
Manage the coordination and the planning of development projects in KSA and UAE
Manage assigned IT projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project
Define the architecture of the information system, and as such, ensure the consistency of the applications and infrastructures chosen, regarding Branch in France

Develop project plans, goals and budget, identify resources needed
Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion (Software development, Cloud computing, Maintenance and support?)
Assemble and coordinate project team member: assign individual responsibilities
Organize meetings to discuss project goals and progress
Set up of a regional IT organization
Manage the IT needs for the Middle East (KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, UAE)
Mutualize the tools and software used in each of the geographical entities
Ensure daily that the technical operation is correct and adapted to the work organization of the sites.
On request, adapt the product according to the evolution of the work organization in the services and study the technical and organizational possibilities and propose a file of intervention by specifying the costs and the times.
Maintain a constant watch on technologies in order to propose solutions that will increase the Groups profitability and efficiency.
Ensure a competitive intelligence to follow the digital evolutions of the companies in our sector of activity.
Ensure the link with the head office
Coordinate the follow up of IT processes with headquarters
