Job Description

Job Purpose:?To manage projects through stakeholder coordination in delivering assigned projects on time and within budget, ensuring that the project objectives are met while adhering to the standard and agile methodology.?Key Result Areas:?

  1. Manage multiple cross functional concurrent Cloud and IT Infrastructure projects of medium to high complexity while ensuring compliance to project management methodology, processes & tools using through the usage of infrastructure technology such as Microsoft, Open Source, Networking and Datacentre hosting. ensuring business value delivery.
  2. Manage the end-to-end project delivery, design, build, test, transition and go live by preparing and tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of stakeholders ensuring successful delivery from inception to service transition of projects.
  3. Support in business case development through business analysis and workflow analysis to ensure project deliverables and return on investment targets are quantified for project approval.
  4. Manage relationships with key implementation stakeholders on projects; optimize engagement and drive execution through governance and the team to ensure milestones are met and within the approved cost for successful implementation of a project.
  5. Develop a project framework and governance for IT Projects and ensuring compliance and focus on project monitoring, control, team integration, change integration, and corrective action as needed.
  6. Drive the adoption of best practice Project Management principles and facilitate the usage of these principles to meet projects deliverables and within cost estimates.
  7. Manage?the planning, estimation and cost of ownership of projects to ensure projects are managed within given time lines. Budgeted costs and costs allocated appropriately.
  8. Support and coordinate the Cloud and Infrastructure Technical presales activities in conjunction with the technical pre-sale teams to achieve project goals within the estimated costs.
