Defining and tracking project milestones from start to finish
Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project
Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures
Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective
Provides administrative and technical support to achieve projects? milestones and outcomes
Prepares communications related to projects and initiatives ensuring timely and concise messaging
Provides regular status updates and reports to project leads or supervisor on the projects and initiatives through appropriate means and channels
Consistently monitoring the costs, progress, and quality of a project
Coordinating all project team members so workflow remains on schedule
Ensuring project deadlines are met
Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
Interacting with all concerned internal and external entities (in the process of completing their assigned tasks)
Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings
Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
Providing prompt relevant information and helping to resolve issues related to assigned projects and/or customer complaints
Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings
