IT Operation EngineerKey Responsibilities:?Supervise day-to-day operations of the Data Centre and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.?Monitor 24/7 availability of the Corporate Network infrastructure and Data Centres to ensure all servers and services are operational.?Assist in issue resolution within an ITIL framework, managing escalations as needed.?Prepare operational performance metrics and status reports for analysis and presentation to the Team Lead.?Coordinate IT releases and deployments, ensuring all parties are informed of schedules and progress.?Plan and simulate regular backup restoration exercises to ensure reliability.?Collaborate with IT System and Cloud teams on patching activities to verify application functionality post-update.?Work closely with the Team Lead - IT Operations to enhance Data Centre and Infrastructure capabilities.Requirements:?Need experienceWork location : Dubai
