IT OfficerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Provide first-line support for all IT-related issues (hardware, software, network)•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across desktop, mobile, and network environments•Assist employees on-site and remotely with connectivity, software, and hardware problems•Monitor and maintain servers, network switches, routers, and firewalls•Manage local and cloud backups and ensure disaster recovery systems are in place•Maintain structured cabling and IT assets at multiple project sites and offices•Install, update, and manage industry-relevant software such as: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, MS Teams Project management tools (Primavera, MS Project, Monday.com, etc.)•Provide training and support for design software and collaboration platforms
