You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of overall IT landscape, security, and strategic development of our clients LIS.Client DetailsA very successful organisation in the UAE.DescriptionManage and maintain the existing LIS infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.Analyse the business impact of IT decisions and provide strategic advice to stakeholders across the organisation.Develop a comprehensive IT roadmap for the regional offices, encompassing both pre and post-deployment strategies.Lead the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.Champion strong cybersecurity practices and ensure the protection of sensitive data.Exhibit exceptional communication and persuasion skills to effectively collaborate with various departments.Demonstrate a hands-on approach, actively participating in IT tasks while maintaining a strategic vision for regional IT development.ProfileBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record of success in a healthcare or laboratory setting.In-depth knowledge and experience with Laboratory Information Systems (LIS), possessing a deep understanding of the gold standard for LIS and best practices in the field.Strong understanding of IT security principles and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Job OfferA unique opportunity to shape the IT landscape of a growing organisation.
