and QualificationsPOSITION SUMMARYThe incumbent will partner with Digital Infrastructure Services colleagues, in region and globally, to facilitate operational support of the Air Products enterprise computing environment, with specific responsibility for co-ordination of support for Infrastructure services at the NEOM GHE, KSA location.Delegaton of work is from the incumbents supervisor/team lead, faciliatated using Air Products standard Incident, Change & Problem Management System (ServiceNow).Responsibilities also include providing operational support and delivery for Digital Infrastructure services to Air Products staff and contractors located in NEOM GHE and, more broadly, as a part of a team supporting the location. This will include co-ordination of support efforts by centrally located DT support teams, as well as, local liaison with the user community.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES

  1. Provide incident response for Air Products Digital Infrastructure services, this includes, Standard PCs, printers, Plant Process Control PCs and Servers located at the site.
  2. Provide local co-ordination for issue remediation & deployments with other DIS teams located remotely. Primarily, but not restricted to PCs, network & wireless services.
  3. Provide local IT support, and maintain IT Standards including Safety for IT rooms within the incumbents of responsibility.
  4. Provide local IT support for voice services both fixed and mobile, including Tetra.
  5. Build Air Products standard desktops in the local staging centre, using the Global load process, should DIS opt to create a Deployment location.
  6. Provide information technology support for industrial control systems at Air Products Plants locally.
  7. Provide network hardware upgrades and installations for Maintain Viability work where Network Technical Support would not be performing this role.
  8. To understand the reliance and inter-dependence of business applications and infrastructure services in the region.
