This is a unique opportunity to help establish and manage their technological infrastructure in Dubai while contributing to the companys growth and success.Responsibilities:

  • Set up and manage IT stations and infrastructures, including networks, servers, information security, and communication systems.
  • Lead technological projects such as system upgrades and the implementation of new technologies.
  • Develop and enforce information security policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide optimal technological support.
  • Adhere to IT budgets and perform cost-benefit analyses for technological projects.
  • Integrate IT strategy with the company?s overall business goals.
  • Seek opportunities for personal and professional development.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of IT experience, preferably within the fintech industry.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft systems.
  • Proven ability to lead projects set up IT stations, and manage infrastructures in a global environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi is a significant advantage.
  • Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
  • Master?s degree or professional certifications are a plus.
