  • Act as the customer liaison to Engineering, Sales, and Field Engineer teams.
  • Escalate critical issues and roadblocks to the Service Delivery Manager.
  • Be a part of the on-call rotation for the assigned product team.
  • Installation, configuration and support for software and hardware, assemblies and connections at customers and partner?s site.
  • Provide technical support (e-mail, phone calls, on-site support).
