Responsibilities include:-* At least 5 years of IT experience including managing 50 plus users responsible for architecture design and deployment, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning and operations* Responding effectively and speedily to any problems.* Providing training and support.* Installation of operating system and essential software on the system.* Maintaining and Monitoring Endpoint Security.* Updating any software and hardware where necessary.* Documenting all reported malfunctions and actions taken in response.* Updating the inventory on a day-to-day basis if any changes in hardware or software.* Hands-on experience on IP PBX. Configuration for new IP phone for new user.* Monitoring and maintaining the Microsoft365 Admin console.* Day to Day troubleshooting for internal user laptops & Desktops.* Maintaining and Monitoring NVR and IP cameras.* Able to configure new network devices such as IP Cameras, IP phones, IP printers, etc.* Knowledge of File & Folder level permission on NAS storage* Certification of MCSA, Hardware & Networking and SecurityJob Location:Dubai - Head Office
