As the IT Coordinator, you will be responsible to coordinate protocols for the use of IT across departments and projects and providing technical support or training for systems and networks.Client DetailsAn exciting international organisation in the UAE investing heavily in technology and talent.DescriptionProvide technical support or training for systems and networks.Tasked to assist systems end users and administrators.Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)Monitor system and network performance.Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and data restoration.Performance maintenance activities including server/systems back-ups.Monitor and maintain updated licenses and upgrade schedules.Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality.ProfileBachelors Degree in Information Technology or related disciplines.Must only have between 6 months - 2 years of overall IT experience with strong knowledge on IT systems & applications.Must have basic working knowledge/experience in Windows, Linux, and SQL.Understanding of TCP/IP protocols and LAN/WAN configuration and basic background in troubleshooting.Strong communications and interpersonal skills.Preference to immediately available candidates would be given.Job OfferProgressive role within an established, growing organisation.Opportunity to work on exciting projects and lead the way for growing a newly established IT function.
