We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented IT Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ITAssistant will play a crucial role in supporting our organizations IT infrastructure and ensuring smoothday-to-day operations.Key Responsibilities:1. Technical Support: ?Provide first-level technical support to employees, including troubleshootinghardware and software issues, and assisting with IT-related inquiries.2. Hardware Maintenance: Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of computers,printers, and other IT equipment.3. Software Installation: Install, update, and configure software applications and operating systemson employee devices.4. Network Assistance: Help maintain and troubleshoot network connections, including Wi-Fi, VPN,and LAN setups.5. Data Backup and Recovery: Implement and monitor data backup procedures to ensure dataintegrity and assist in data recovery when needed.6. Inventory Management: Keep track of IT assets and maintain an inventory of hardware andsoftware licenses.7. Documentation: Create and update IT documentation, including user guides and procedures.8. Security: Assist in maintaining and enforcing IT security policies, including user access control andpassword management.9. POS and CRM: Assist in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting POS systems. Providetechnical support to staff?s regarding POS-related issues. Assist in the administration andmanaging CRM software to improve customer interactions10. E-commerce Support: Assist in managing online sales platforms, ensuring they are up to date andfunctioning smoothly. Troubleshoot and resolve online ordering and payment issues11. Vendor Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors for hardware and software supportand procurement. Monitor vendor contracts and service level agreements.12. Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, monitoring expenses, and optimizingcost-efficiency.
