IT Assistant - s:?Responsible for managing the end to end IT hardware and software infrastructure of the company.Must be an expert in MS Office, Windows, Microsoft Products, OS, Domain configuration, Email/Exchange server, MS Office 365/Azure, Apple MAC etc.????????? Must be able to handle all desktop/Laptop/ within the company including Android, Apple, Cloud products and services and peripherals such as printers, routers etc.????????? Installation and configuration of Windows server 2010 and Active Directory.Must have knowledge and experience of handling network configuration, switches, routers, VPN, IP PABX, LAN, firewalls? antivirus, configurations and cloud business applications.Experienced and knowledgeable in Sales POS applications, ERP/ CRM SystemsManage and maintain Company Website and web hosting sites for configuration and editing of websites contents, domain names and emails and social media pages. ?Create and Design an advertisement for the marketing of the business for posting on social media and website.????????? Provide and manage daily operations and support for computer network users.????????? Give training or orientation to users to optimize the use of IT infrastructure.????????? Analyze and Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone.????????? Routine maintenance of the all IT systems such as, backups, malware cleaning etc.????????? Prepares and writes reports, tracking IT inventory, evaluating new technologies, negotiating with IT vendors, and developing contingency plans in case of network failure.?IT Assistant - Qualifications and Experience?????????? Bachelor?s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field????????? 2+ years? proven experience Proven experience as?IT Technician?or relevant position????????? Microsoft / Cisco Certification has plus advantage????????? English speaking is compulsory with excellent communication and presentation skills????????? Excellent IT diagnostic and problem-solving skills????????? In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks????????? Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles?
