Job Description

Flow’is working with a leading law firm who are hiring an’IT Analyst’to be based in the’UAE.Please note that you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered.   • Analyse, troubleshoot and resolve IT service requests.
  • Identify key issues, potential risks, and major incidents and escalate to line management and recommend solutions.
  • Log all service requests, maintain, and update the record as needed.
  • Provide technical support and maintain activities by liaising with internal departments and end-users.
  • Monitor IT Equipment inventory.
  • Assist in departmental budgets by highlighting cost-saving and investment opportunities.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and end-user administration.
