Job Description

  • Opportunity Identification:Identify and track new business opportunities within the timber, steel door manufacturers, OEM and FM sectors.
  • Territory: Manage ironmongery and furniture fittings sales in UAE.
  • Company accounts: Develop strong relationship with both existing and new target customer.
  • Tender/Quote Tracking : Follow our sales process by working closely with the estimation team to effectively prequalify, chase and close all enquiries
  • Follow-up:Regularly communicate with prospects and customers, ensuring all questions are answered promptly and accurately.
  • Customer Service:Handle customer inquiries, ensuring high-quality responses and resolution of issues in a timely manner.
  • Sample Board Orders:Order and manage Ironmongery Sample Boards as required.
