Job Description

The ideal candidate must have min 10 years of experience in private equity, corporate finance, or strategy consulting. He/she will be involved in deal origination, execution and portfolio management and will be part of a small team of ambitious investment professionals. This position will be based in the DIFC Dubai.Responsibilities

  1. Deal origination, proactive sourcing, market studies
  2. Modelling and valuation of investment opportunities
  3. Assisting in all aspects of deal execution including market and financial due diligence, structuring and contract negotiation
  4. Monitoring of portfolio companies and executing value creation plan.
  5. Represent Smile Invest on the board of directors or supervisory board of portfolio companies.?
