Job Description

Our client is now recruiting for an?Investment Analyst - M&A & StrategyThe role presents an opportunity to join one of the world?s most active fintech investors, with more than $5.7bn invested globally in payments and fintech M&A and investments.?ResponsibilitiesAs an investment analyst in the M&A and strategy team, the candidate will be responsible to:

  • Conduct market research and analysis of potential investment targets in the fintech space (payments, credit, crypto, etc)
  • Create financial models and perform valuation analysis of companies based on different methodologies (DCF, DDM, multiples)
  • Support on the preparation of investment memorandums and other materials for our Investment Committee
  • Monitor the performance of portfolio companies on a regular basis
  • Collaborate with business teams on strategy development to help them develop business plans and strategic analysis
  • Being involved in other ad-hoc projects for the team
