Job Description

As an Analyst you will act as a key team member and will be included in all aspects of a transaction from origination to closing. Key tasks and responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Play a key role supporting origination, opportunity evaluation and deal execution, working on a broad scope of assignments and products within different industry groups
  • Conduct research and financial analyses to help identify potential projects, acquisition targets and financial investors, in addition to economic, industry and sector research
  • Analyze detailed corporate and financial information for du diligence
  • Developing and maintaining complex financial models
  • Prepare reports, tables, and charts, and presentation that present research results
  • Modeling complex M&A and financing scenarios
  • Maintain internal databases of comparable transactions, deals in the market, and other relevant data
  • Managing several projects at once and working effectively as an individual and as part of a team
