The primary focus of the role will be to ensure the right SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) is available in the right quantity at the right bin through effective inventory planning. To maintain all inventory metrics as agreed with customer SLA (Service Level Agreement) and contracts. As the Inventory Executive - Contract Logistics, you will be responsible in reviewing all claims & inventory queries and initiate appropriate action. Ensure all quality standards, KPI (Key Performance Indicator) and initiate corrective action for improvement. What you will do

• To ensure all Inventory metrics are met as per agreed SLA with customer.
• To complete all inventory activities as per agreed timelines including sale space capacity management & bin occupancy.
• Responsible for perpetual and annual stock inventory for effective stock management.
• Review of all claims and effect improvement actions.
• Ensure system housekeeping on all inventory attributes.
• Assist teams in planning the fulfilment centre layout for efficient picking times. achieving customer service values in meeting the needs and expectations of the customers.
• Charting and visualization of data for reporting purposes.
• Data mining and analytics reporting on daily requirements and assigned projects.

Required skills to be successful

• 1 year in large scale warehousing and fulfillment operations
• Strong background in data analytics and data mining
• Strong knowledge of inventory matrix
• Well versed with perpetual and annual stock inventory

About the team The role reports to the Warehouse Supervisor and you will be working in a busy warehouse environment. What equips you for the role

• Bachelor degree
• Planning, detailed understanding of operational, administrative and system processes.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and digital literacy
• Strong background in data analytics and tech knowledge
• Strong communicators in English, excellent with data and its analytics to simplify solutions and problem solving. Works well under pressure and multiple stakeholder management.
