Job Description

  1. 1 Handle all inventory related works
  2. 2 Make Purchase receipt in ERP
  3. 3 Make Delivery Note in ERP
  4. 4 Handle Stock Adjustment in ERP
  5. 5 Handle Stock Reconciliation in ERP
  6. 6 Ecommerce order processing
  7. 7 Arrange FBN and FBA stocks
  8. 8 Make stock transfers in ERP
  9. 9 Maintain accuracy of system vs physical stocks
  10. 10 Suggest internal controls for stock inbound/outbound process
  11. 11 Ensure physical stock scanning for inbound/outbound shipments
  12. 12 Support Accounts Dept. Purchase Sales Dept. for any stock update
