Job Description

Below JD for System Intern:

  1. Maintaining and updating the data on a day-to-day basis.
  2. Maintaining the Physical files for Database Team
  3. Any other adhoc duties as assigned from time to time by the Supervisors
  4. Helping in remediation of the data in the current system
  5. Creating reports
  6. Data clean-up for system
Below JD for Finance-Intern:? Maintain and upgrade system for all CRM tasks? Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team? Assist with financial modelling? Provide general accounting support? Assist with accounts receivable management? Provide support for annual budgeting process? Assist with statistical analysis and other special projects? Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team? Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for managementBelow JD for Tax Intern:Assisting in the preparation of proposals and Engagement Letters for TaxTrack emails for proposals and quotes including follow-ups/acceptance of quotes etc.Support VAT registration for clients and support the engagement with timely communication of status/completion of registration etc.Upload relevant client information and files to FTA for the registrationPrepare VAT returns for the clients assigned and submit returns on the portal.Arranging meetings:liaising with all parties to find mutually agreeable times, dates, and locations, booking transport and meeting roomsAssisting the VAT team with clerical functions:to include scanning, printing, copying, converting documents to pdfs, filing, power point presentationsAssisting the VAT team with the development of departmental and VAT policies and proceduresMaintaining client files on the serverAssisting with preparation of client training materialsAny other VAT/administrative ad hoc tasks as directed
