  • Contact and conversion of prospective car sellers from existing classified platforms
  • Contact and sign up prospective car dealers
Onboarding
  • Onboard car sellers
  • Onboard car dealers
  • Review car dealer applications
  • Review vehicles uploaded
  • Provide assistance to sellers and dealers
Follow-Up
  • Contact sellers upon auction end and after sale completed
  • Contact winning dealers to ensure sale progressed
Ad-hoc
  • Quality checking vehicles uploaded
  • Other administrative tasks as required
  • Promoting the business at specific events and locations
  • Providing timely feedback and reports as requested to the founders
  • Regular calls to listed dealer network to encourage engagement in the platform
  • Manage inbound enquires or questions via the ?contact us? WhatsApp
  • Provide basic technical support
  • Management of social media activity
