Job Description

The International Student Recruitment and Marketing Coordinator will report to the International Recruitment and Marketing Manager and drive The North Land Institute of Trainings student recruitment objectives.Responsibilities:

  • Research market trends, competitor strategies, and student preferences to improve recruitment strategies and enhance enrollment outcomes.
  • Support the development and implementation of social media content calendars, scheduling posts and monitoring performance metrics to optimize content effectiveness.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of events and conferences, coordinating logistics, liaising with vendors, and ensuring timely delivery of promotional material.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to achieve KPIs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling and execution of graphic design projects, ensuring that all projects are on plan and on brand.
  • Other related duties as required.
