Internal Auditor (IA) must ensure Stringent audits are conducted for all business activitiesIA must keep himself abreast of any changes in applicable regulations, the standards and our internal policies and procedures on timely basisIA must prepare the Annual Internal Audit Plan fore the year end after discussing with the audit committee and obtain the approval of the Board of Directors or CEOIA is responsible for conduction fraud risk assessments jointly with the fraud prevention officer on annual basis.
