As part of its growth roadmap, technological innovation, data science, artificial intelligence, and robotics will take center stage as Kitopi continues to reinvent the food industry as we know it today.With over 4,000 employees, Kitopi currently operates 200+ locations across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Qatar, and runs its engineering hub in Krakow, Poland, and its global customer experience center in Dubai, UAE.The System Project Administrator will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and overseeing the different activities related to the implementation and operation of the Kitopi project delivery and property management platforms, Procore (https://www.procore.com/en-ae) and Facilio (https://facilio.com/). The ideal candidate will be a technology-savvy, multi-tasking go-getter with a passion for the built environment and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and support internal and external stakeholders to optimize their usage of the platforms.What Youll Do

• Coordinate registration and onboarding of internal and external users of the platforms
• Effectively use the platforms tools as the Admin of the company
• Act as the center of excellence regarding the use of the Procore and Facilio software platforms including training of users on how to use the platforms
• Update user database on regular basis, including permission levels
• Creation of project workflows and templates for incorporation into the online platforms
• Act as guardian of the platforms by ensuring the documents, files and reports are stored in line with the platform guidelines
• Ensure asset information if maintained and up to date at all times
• Manage configuration of the platform settings and ensure migration of all existing data to the platforms

• Effective and clear communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of processes related to fit out/construction project delivery and facilities/property management
• Understanding of basic project management principles in relation to property management and project delivery
• Background in Architecture/Construction/Facilities/Property Management preferred
• Strong IT skills
• Proactive Problem solver
