Interior Site Supervisor

Oversee on site activities, ensuring compliance with Interior and Exterior design specifications, building codes and safety regulations.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality
Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, contracts, change orders, and other relevant records.
Ensure that all documentations is up-to-date and easily accessible.
Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that workmanship and materials meet the highest standards at site.
Coordinate with local GOVT, authorities involved such as DM, DED, RTA, DCD, DDA, Civil Defence etc.
Having a knowledge of local By Laws of construction, procedure and process according to the local GOVT authorities.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and vendors.
Ensure project timelines, budgets and standards
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Excel, Word, and other design software.
Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic languages.
