REQUIREMENTSYou will hold a minimum of a Bachelor?s Degree in either Architectural, Structural or Civil Engineering with over 5 years? post graduate experience. You will have previously worked in Dubai and be familiar with Dubai Municipality requirements. Experience working in the wider GCC would also be beneficial but not required. You will have experience working for architectural, interior design or engineering contractor.Job description / RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Site Engineer to work with our growing Dubai based team. Responsible for acting as Project Coordinator and / or Project Engineer as agreed for each project, including ultimate responsibility for all design, documentation, estimates, tender reports and administration .? Undertaking technical and feasibility studies including site investigations? Using a range of computer software for developing detailed designs? Undertaking complex calculations? Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors? Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures? Resolving design and development problems? Managing budgets and project resources? Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries? Making sure the project complies with legal requirements, especially health and safety? Assessing the sustainability and environmental impact of projects? Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time
