Interior Fitout EstimatorJob Location : Dubai, UAE:?Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects based on architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements.?Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other relevant documents to identify materials, quantities, and labor requirements.?Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and ensure timely procurement of materials.?Prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and accurate material take-offs.?Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market rates, materials, and industry best practices.Job Details :?Minimum 2 years of experience in interior fit-out estimation.?Strong understanding of market rates for materials and labor.?Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and various estimation software.?Exceptional attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
