Interior Fit Out EstimatorKey Responsibilities:•Conduct detailed analysis of drawings and specifications to prepare cost estimates for the projects.•Determine material, labor, equipment, and time requirements for project execution.•Collaborate with suppliers and contractors for accurate pricing information.•Work closely with commercial and project management teams to assess project risks and opportunities.•Maintain and utilize a historical data database for informed estimating.•Prepare and submit detailed proposals for bidding purposes.•Stay updated with industry trends and market developments affecting fit out materials pricing.•Develop cost-saving strategies and efficiency improvements.Requirements:•Proven experience in Interior/Fit out estimation.•Strong analytical, mathematical, and software skills.•Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.•Effective communication and negotiation abilities.•Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.•Relevant degree or qualifications in engineering, or related fields.Location : Dubai
