Job Description

Urgently looking for an Architectural Engineerÿwho has a minimum of 5 years of experience same field Fit Out Company.ÿDesigning and overseeing the construction of interior spaces in commercial and residential buildings.Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the architectural design process, including conceptualization, development, and production of detailed drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project feasibility, gather data, and evaluate existing conditions.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project objectives, requirements, and constraints.
  • Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including 2D and 3D visualizations, and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Ensure that architectural designs comply with relevant UAE regulations, building codes, and sustainability standards.
  • Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors to integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and other systems into the architectural design.
  • Supervise and guide junior architects and drafters in the production of construction drawings and documentation.
  • Conduct regular project reviews to monitor progress, address design issues, and ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of current trends, materials, and construction techniques in the architectural field, especially within the UAE context.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
  • Have knowledge to use the DCD, TECOM, DDA, Dubai Municipality System and other local authority requirements and process (Preferred)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor?s degree in architecture or related field
  • 5 years proven experience in UAE as an architectural designer or architectural engineer in same field
  • Excellent knowledge in using AutoCAD, VRay, Photoshop, SketchUp, 3DMax, Illustrator, and other design programs.
  • Ability to collaborate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors
