Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior & Exhibitions Estimator who will be responsible for estimating and costing interior and exhibition design projects. The successful candidate will have a background in civil engineering with an in-depth understanding of AutoCAD and interior and exhibition designs, materials used, and costs associated with such projects. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful project estimates and cost control.Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications to accurately estimate project costs and materials required
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and vendors to ensure accurate cost estimation
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of materials, costs, and labor requirements for interior and exhibition design projects
  • Analyze and evaluate bids from vendors and subcontractors to ensure cost-effectiveness and accuracy
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, proposals, and project budgets for clients and stakeholders
  • Monitor project costs and budgets, making adjustments as necessary to ensure financial targets are met
  • Conduct research on new materials and technologies to ensure that the most cost-effective and innovative solutions are used in each project
  • Participate in project meetings to provide input and support to the design and construction teams
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, including health and safety regulations
