Job Title: Experienced Interior Designer (FF&E Specialist):We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interior Designer with expertise in FF&E (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of designing and coordinating FF&E for a variety of residential, commercial, and retail projects, with a strong eye for detail and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and implementation of FF&E for various interior projects, including residential developments, commercial towers, and mall fit-outs.Work closely with clients, architects, and project managers to understand design requirements and ensure that furniture and fixture selections meet both aesthetic and functional needs.Create detailed FF&E specifications, including furniture selection, materials, finishes, and custom designs.Develop and present mood boards, design concepts, and layouts to clients.Assisting the procurement and sourcing of furniture and related materials, ensuring quality and budget compliance.Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and contractors to ensure timely delivery and installation of furniture and equipment.Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and industry standards in FF&E.Ensure that all designs comply with the relevant guidelines and regulations for commercial, residential, and retail spaces.Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring smooth project execution from conception to final installation.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (Required).At least 3 years of proven experience as an Interior Designer with a focus on FF&E (Required).Proficiency in design software, including:SketchUpAutoCADPhotoshop3DS MAXExtensive knowledge of furniture design principles, materials, and finishes.Strong understanding of FF&E guidelines for malls, residences, and commercial towers.Exceptional communication and presentation skills with proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).Excellent organizational and project management skills with a keen attention to detail.A creative and innovative approach to design with the ability to work collaboratively with teams.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and budgets are met.Additional Preferred Skills:Experience in sourcing and managing high-quality furniture and materials.Knowledge of sustainable and eco-friendly design practices in FF&E.Leadership and mentorship abilities to guide junior designers and project teams.If you are a passionate and experienced interior designer with a focus on FF&E, we encourage you to apply.
