Interior & Exterior Design company is seeking for the Designer and Clients Coordinator, native Arabic speaker with excellent communication and sales skills.During your employment, you will be responsible to˙- Handle clients communication, design brief meetings, discuss and negotiate the agreements, handle the project related tasks,- Provide support in planning appointments, client meetings, conferences etc.- Attend client meetings and keep minutes, brief your colleagues on the meeting outcome.- Handle client phone calls and messages on WhatsApp or other social media.- Handle confidential documents and information ensuring they remain secure and safe.˙- Prepare quotations for the clients and be able to explain them to clarify to clients.- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
