Interior DesignerJob Location: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesResponsibilities:?Should be able to work with a team of at least 5-6 designers.?Proficiently gather requirements and engage with clients.?Clearly define and articulate design objectives based on client preferences.?Conceptualize and formulate detailed design plans through sketches.?Space planning and preparation of approval Drawings?Evaluate project requirements and estimate associated costs during the budgeting phase.?Source suitable materials and products aligned with design plans.?Develop comprehensive ?mood boards? to present and illustrate design visions.?Leverage computer applications and software, such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, or SketchUp, to augment the design process.?Conduct post-construction inspections to assess the successful realization of client goals.Requirements:?Minimum 3 years UAE experience.?A compelling portfolio showcasing prior design endeavours.?Proficiency in computational design techniques.?Demonstrated high levels of creativity, imagination, and artistic aptitude.?Exceptional communication skills, particularly in conveying artistic visions.?Proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, SketchUp, or analogous programs.
