Followin˙up˙with clients to ensure customer satisfaction is met˙on purchases, orders,˙and˙deliveries. And reporting issues to the management (if any)
Provide detailed assistance to clients during the selection process of fabrics, color palettes, window treatments, lighting, carpets, floor tiles, artwork, paint, wallpaper and accessories through product samples or mood boards
Prepare accurate and error free detailed drawings, designs,˙schematic and execution˙plans, using computer-aided design software (AutoCAD)˙
Ensure all client design specifications are duly met through follow up communication, home visits and set up and customer feedback on the service provided
Responsible for preparing detailed order documents
Producing mood boards for presentation to clients
Prepare layouts˙and˙BOQ
Great at organization and time management
Good knowledge in space planning
Team player & able to adapt to new environment quickly
Prepare the program for site˙engineer for site˙execution; prepare status report on weekly basis˙
