Job Responsibilities:ÿúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssist the project team in documenting FF&E design on a variety of project types.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssist the project team in producing presentation materials and in coordinating FF&E designs with vendors and other resources.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssist the project team with selection, coordination, and documentation of interior architectural finishes.úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿAssume an assistant role in design presentations in communicating with clients and ensure that format is compatible with office and client standards/requirements úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿHelp develop and execute the FF&E direction for overall project and communicate to the project teamúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿCommunicate project status to senior FF&E designer on a regular basis and develop and maintain communication with all project team members, including the operations director úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿDesigning and sourcing FF&E from concept through to finished details úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿLiaising with contractors and suppliers in order to ensure FF&E is delivered on time and on budgetúÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿLiaising with design and purchasing teams to ensure FF&E is in line with client expectations and to budget úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿWorking on project ?fit-outs? and overseeing the installation of FF&E ÿalongside contractors - involving stays away from home úÿÿÿÿÿÿÿÿKeep abreast of new trends that may influence FF&E design schemeÿ
