Job Objective

Designing the Interior drawings and Shop drawings.
Working and coordinating with Contractors to complete the assigned work within the given time frame.
Visualizing and sketching design plans, sourcing products and materials, determining costs with design specifications are met.?
Specify materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and fixtures.
Ability to inspect, quote, negotiate with vendors.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

Detailed Interior drawings and renders.
Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces.
Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.?
Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, rendering or other design programs?
Excellent portfolio of previous works Creative talent, imagination and eye for design.
Participate in the selection and presentation of joinery works, marbles, mosaics, fabrics, decorative paints, 3D surfaces, all other furnishings.
Coordinating with Project Managers and Contractors on site.
Must visit to vendor facilities for finalization of vendors or materials.
Selection if vendors for materials as per interior design
Negotiation on quotes.
Scheduling of deliveries with contractors.
