Job Description

Our client are a leading Architecture organisation with a presence in over 10+ countries and are looking for an Interior Designer for their office in Dubai.You will be responsible for:

  • Supports team members on projects assigned and collaborates with management on a day-to-day basis
  • Illustrates conceptual design or design development ideas to the team through free-hand drawing and graphic representation
  • Prepares and develops drawings, 3D renderings, design packages and other associated documents in collaboration with the team
  • Develops and designs according to a brief that is functional, appealing and appropriate
  • Takes responsibility for the development of the design and the project
  • Collaborates with other lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations
  • Provides guidance and direction to junior staff
Core Competencies
  • Retail and residential experience and extensive knowledge of design detailing
  • Can build on this knowledge during the course of a project through communications, research and analysis
  • Recognizes the financial aspect of a project and basic accounting principals involved in ensuring the projects and firms profitability
  • Able to work creatively within a project team environment
Key Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years experience in relevant field
  • Architectural or Interior Design qualification and background
  • Possesses proficiency with computer applications commonly used within the individuals discipline
