Interior Design ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:•Lead and manage the interior design team throughout all project phases from concept to completion.•Collaborate with real estate developers, design consultants, and architectural firms to deliver projects that align with client vision and business goals.•Oversee design development, material selection, and supplier coordination, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.•Review and approve design concepts, layouts, and technical drawings.•Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.•Maintain and present a strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.•Stay updated on market trends, innovative design solutions, and sustainable practices.•Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and guidance to the design team.Qualifications & Experience:•Bachelors or Masters Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.•Professional certifications such as NCIDQ, LEED, or PMP are a plus.•7–10+ years of interior design experience , with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.•Proven track record of working with real estate developers, design consultants, or large architectural firms.•Strong portfolio demonstrating residential, commercial, and/or hospitality projects.•Experience in the UAE or GCC is highly preferred due to familiarity with regional regulations, materials, and suppliers.•Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
