Interior Design ManagerJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities:昄ead and manage the interior design team throughout all project phases from concept to completion.旵ollaborate with real estate developers, design consultants, and architectural firms to deliver projects that align with client vision and business goals.昈versee design development, material selection, and supplier coordination, ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.昍eview and approve design concepts, layouts, and technical drawings.昅anage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.昅aintain and present a strong design portfolio showcasing expertise in residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.昐tay updated on market trends, innovative design solutions, and sustainable practices.昉rovide mentorship, performance feedback, and guidance to the design team.Qualifications & Experience:旴achelors or Masters Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.昉rofessional certifications such as NCIDQ, LEED, or PMP are a plus.𡥟0+ years of interior design experience , with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role.昉roven track record of working with real estate developers, design consultants, or large architectural firms.昐trong portfolio demonstrating residential, commercial, and/or hospitality projects.旹xperience in the UAE or GCC is highly preferred due to familiarity with regional regulations, materials, and suppliers.旹xcellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
