Interior Design EngineerJob Location : Dubai, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Develop detailed technical drawings, layouts, and construction plans for interior spaces.•Ensure structural integrity, material compatibility, and space functionality in design solutions.•Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers to integrate design with construction.•Conduct site inspections to oversee project execution and ensure compliance with design specifications.•Select and recommend materials, finishes, and structural components for durability and aesthetics.•Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and sustainability standards.•Optimize space utilization while maintaining a balance between design and engineering feasibility.Requirements:•Bachelors degree in Interior Design Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.•3+ years of experience in interior design engineering, fit-out, or construction.•Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, BIM, and other design software.•In-depth knowledge of building materials, coordination, and construction methods.•Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.•Ability to work on multiple projects under tight deadlines.
