? Conduct in depth & value added audits as per ISO 19011 Standard and TUV Rheinland policies/Procedures & code of ethics ? As a team leader, manage efficiently the entire audit process from audit planning to reporting? As a team member support and coordinate with the team Leader? To coordinate and support Back office in audit planning, report submission and issuance of certificate and adhering to audit schedule? Timely audit pan and audit report submission? Resolve technical review comments and issues on time to avoid delay in certificate issuance ? Be sensitive towards the local culture and people and ably handle conflicts/disputes, customer complaints tactfully and on time? Proactively apply for EAC/NACE scopes from time to time and keep self-updating about new regulatory requirements and laws ? Ready to travel cross country and outside
