Insurance Sales RepresentativeJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities:•Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of IIQAFs insurance products and services•Identify and pursue potential new clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals•Attend industry events and conferences to promote IIQAFs brand and generate leads•Educate clients on the benefits of our insurance offerings and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs•Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to explain coverage options and policy details•Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to maintain relationships and offer additional services•Meet and exceed sales targets set by management•Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales•Keep up-to-date with industry trends and regulations to provide accurate and relevant information to clients•Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionallyRequirements:•Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry•Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred•Familiarity with insurance policies and regulations•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills•Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities•Highly motivated and target-driven•Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients•Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software•Ability to work independently and as part of a team•Must possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation
