Job Description

We are looking for Sales Team Manager (Life Insurance) to be responsible for managing policy sales and overseeing the sales team.JOB DESCRIPTIONTEAM MANAGEMENT

  • Selecting &Recruitment of Insurance Consultants (Sales Team Member)
  • Training, Coaching and Mentoring the team of Insurance Consultants
  • Reviewing performance of the team members periodically (daily, weekly & monthly)
  • Conducting Daily morning meetings with the team and setting agenda for the day
  • Joint call field activity along with Team Members
?SALES MANAGEMENT
  • Setting and Achieving Sales target - for self and for Individual Team Members
  • Daily Sales call reporting for Self-business and monitoring Daily Sales call of Team Members
  • Conducting / Managing Marketing Activity of the Team (including social media marketing)
  • Analyze MIS reports and take action to boost business
