Job Description

  • Manage overdue collections from payers on a timely basis
  • Put collection target and drive implementation steps.
  • Use Strong analytical skills to assess financial data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
  • Knowledge of financial management principles
  • Use Ability to resolve conflicts, negotiate with payers, and provide clear instructions and feedback to team members
  • Develop KPIs on the Unit level, and monitor implementation.
