Job Description

Insurance CoordinatorJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Manage and process insurance claims, pre-approvals, and reimbursements efficiently.•Liaise with insurance providers, patients, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.•Review and verify insurance coverage, eligibility, and documentation accuracy.•Maintain up-to-date records of insurance policies and transactions.•Support the finance team in reconciling claims and tracking pending approvals.Required Qualifications :•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.•Minimum 2 years of experience as an Insurance Coordinator in a healthcare or homecare setup.•Strong understanding of UAE medical insurance processes and systems.•Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.Preferred Skills :•Familiarity with insurance software and portals.•Knowledge of DHA/MOH regulations.•Experience in sales or marketing within healthcare will be an added advantage.
