SERVICE ADVISOR JOBService Advisor required (must have driving license).ÿPrimary Responsibilities:úÿÿÿÿÿÿTo write accurate repair estimates of accident-damaged vehicles.úÿÿÿÿÿÿTo interact with Insurance company for Claims and handling the complete process of Accident claimsúÿÿÿÿÿÿTo Receives customer vehicles, understands, clarify customer needs and carry out pre-acceptance inspection (damage on the body, check valuables left in car, etc.) record results on check sheet, confirm them with customer and get customer signatureúÿÿÿÿÿÿInform customers of any defects, scratches, dents, etc. by providing photos and/or videos via email showing the defects.úÿÿÿÿÿÿFill in customer and vehicles information in DMS database.úÿÿÿÿÿÿWrites a brief description of the customer?s concern on the Job Card to help the technician locate the problem.úÿÿÿÿÿÿTo Ensure that customers vehicle is fixed right 1st time by implementing the quality procedures and communicate frequently with Workshop Foreman and Technicians to ensure timely completion of work.úÿÿÿÿÿÿTo Update customer regularly on the progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.úÿÿÿÿÿÿContact customer regarding any change in the estimate, explain cost and time requirements in detail.úÿÿÿÿÿÿTo Keep Workshop Supervisor / Manager informed of all problems involving clients, repair, and equipment.
